Refund policy

CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following:

Cancel Through Your Order Status Page (First 2 Hours)

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or while the cancellation option is still available on your order status page. You can access this page through:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your customer account (if you created one)

The cancellation option is only available for unfulfilled orders.

 

Cancel by Email (Up to 12 Hours)

If the cancellation option is no longer visible, please email us at support@humblyandharvest.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to cancel your order before it enters production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Once your order is cancelled, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@humblyandharvest.com and we'll be happy to assist.

 

After 12 Hours

Orders are processed quickly and may enter production, fulfillment, or shipping preparation within 12 hours. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, or has been shipped, we apologize that we are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to the order.

RETURN

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

To start a request, please email us at support@humblyandharvest.comPlease include a photo of the defect or incorrect item when reaching out.

If your request is approved, we will provide next steps. In some cases, we may require the item to be returned, and we will provide a return shipping label.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

 

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

For your protection, we will never contact you by email, phone, text message, or social media to request banking information, credit card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

We may contact you only regarding your order, including order status updates, shipping details, or questions necessary to complete your delivery.

If you receive a request for financial information claiming to be from us, please do not respond and contact us directly.
