Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers across:

  • Canada
  • United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped on the next business day after an order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, which is usually the next business day after your order is placed. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping Eligibility (Residential only)

Standard Shipping is available for residential addresses only. It is not available for P.O. Boxes, commercial or business addresses, military addresses, correctional facilities, prisons, or other restricted delivery locations.

If an order is placed using an address that is not eligible for Standard Shipping, we may contact you to discuss alternative shipping options, additional shipping charges, or order cancellation and refund.

Special Shipping Situations

Standard Shipping is intended for residential addresses only. Please select an alternative shipping options for orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes, commercial or business addresses, military addresses, correctional facilities, prisons, rural or remote areas, or other hard-to-service locations. Please note that orders shipped to rural, remote, and hard-to-service areas may experience longer delivery times than the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If Standard Shipping is selected for an address that is not eligible, and the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount charged at checkout, we reserve the right to contact you before shipping your order to discuss available options, which may include:

  • Payment of the additional shipping cost
  • Selection of an alternative shipping method
  • Cancellation of the order and issuance of a full refund

No additional charges will be applied without your prior approval.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shipping seasons
  • Customs processing
  • Rural or remote delivery locations
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Once your package has been shipped, any delays that occur are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding should delays arise.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur. Any additional shipping costs resulting from address corrections or returned packages may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or appears to be missing during transit, please contact us at support@humblyandharvest.com. We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs and Import Fees (U.S. Orders)

Any applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, or fees that we collect for orders shipped to the United States will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Customers will be able to review all applicable charges before placing an order.

Protecting your Information

For your protection, we will never contact you by email, phone, text message, or social media to request banking information, credit card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

We may contact you only regarding your order, including order status updates, shipping details, or questions necessary to complete your delivery.
